Take these and use them
Working documents we use on real engagements. No email wall, no sign-up — tick them off in the browser or print them and take them into the room.
These are the working documents we bring into real engagements — the checklist we run before a compliance push, the worksheet that forces MVP scope decisions, the scorecard we would want used on us. They are not lead magnets dressed up as content: no email wall, no follow-up sequence, and your progress stays in your browser rather than on our servers.
Use them in whatever form works: tick and score in the browser, or print a blank copy and take it into the meeting. If working through one surfaces a problem you want help with, the related service is linked from each page — and if it shows you that you do not need a firm like ours yet, the document has done its job either way.

In-house hiring vs a dedicated team
Both give you engineers. They differ in how fast capacity arrives, what happens when the roadmap changes, and where the knowledge ends up.
Rewrite vs modernize a legacy system
The rewrite is almost always the more appealing option and almost never the safer one. Here is how to tell which situation you are actually in.
Automation vs doing it manually
Not every repetitive task is worth automating. The deciding factors are how stable the rules are and what an error actually costs.
